The present capacity of plant is 2,00,000 meters p.a. The Company’s product is well accepted by the big industrial users like Cement, Sponge iron, power and mining sector. Out of the domestic annual requirement of around more than 3500 Kilometers of Conveyor belts in assorted sizes, the present aggregate production is around 2500 kilometers leaving an uncovered gap of around 1000 kilometers. The promoters therefore proposed to increase its plant capacity.

We strongly believe that technological competence backed by strong research and development would help us in meeting the present and future challenges of the industry. Somiflex conveyor belts are manufactured with a detailed quality assurance plan. It involves meticulous quality check of raw materials, in process controls and stringent finished product testing to meet Indian as well as highest international standards under ISO 9001 guidelines.

Our R&D includes development of new products, modern processes, product improvement & improving cost efficiency etc. we are also continuously working on ensuring environmental compatibility and on safety issues.
